MSG By product could substitute fishmeal as animal protein. It can be applied in producing concentrated high protein feed of chicken, duck, pig, fish, shrimp.
The monosodium glutamate residue crude protein covers 75%, amino acid is up to 59%, true protein covers 63%, the protein hard to be absorbed by animal is with low content (12-15) %. Since the inorganic nitrogen is with low content, its appending proportion in feed may be increased.
